Polishing in goldsmithing is a process that requires meticulousness and precision. The STIF design office has developed a machine capable of applying pressure to the polishing cloth to provide the artisan with the right feel when working on pieces.

We chose to design a dual-head workstation to optimize the machine’s use, allowing two artisans to work simultaneously in conditions that are both comfortable and efficient. This configuration promotes increased productivity as well as better organization of work within a workshop. Furthermore, our goal is to offer a machine with optimal clearance, enabling our customers to work on all types of pieces.
